FAQ

  • Do I have to start the course on a specific day/time?

From July, all the lessons will be loaded and ready for you to learn, at your own pace. Some courses do have live components (such as Q&A) sessions, that will require live attendance (online), and these will show in your dashboard.

  • Who are the presenters?

Click on any course to check out the presenter bio's. They're WACE subject experts with credentials you'll find hard to beat! Most, if not all, have extensive experience with WACE marking, so they're well versed to give you the best advice.

  • How long will I have access?

You can access the course anytime from July, until the conclusion of the school year.

  • I have a question to ask the presenter. May I?

Each course will have a one-hour, live Q&A session scheduled with the Presenter. Join fellow students as you get your queries answered. An invaluable session with great insights!

  • How long will it take to complete the seminar course?

These courses are intensive - meaning we cover a lot of information in a relatively short period of time. It's a lot to digest, so we suggest you take it at your own pace. Binge watch, or go slow and steady. Either way, you can rewatch whenever you like. Each course is unique and the number of topics in your course will usually guide how many lessons you'll have to work through (check your course page for an estimate on hours).

  • How is this different to an 'in-person' seminar?

Our creator has a long history of delivering 'in-person' revision seminars and has included all the must-have elements in these courses (+ more!). It's often difficult for students to commit to attending in person (due to location and other commitments), so we wanted to make them accessible to everyone by taking them online!

  • I have ReviseOnline for practice tests and exams. How is this different?

ATARPrep's exam-prep courses are like a digital version of a revision seminar; intensive courses specifically designed for the second half of the year to load you up on all the insights and info you'll need in readiness for the ATAR exams. ReviseOnline's practice tests and exams are a year-round resource, focussing more on testing your content knowledge in a test or exam context. These help you identify your own strengths and weaknesses, focus your study more efficiently, and gain insights from the sample responses and marking keys. The two programs work beautifully together to provide a wholistic ATAR strategy.
